FITNESS FOR SENIORS
There are many programs tailored for seniors at Kooloora as we strive for a healthier, more active and safer senior community.
The following classes are run at Kooloora, through AIM for Fitness. Please call AIM.

FITNESS FOR SENIORS …. Tuesday 9am – 10am
A low impact aerobic class which improves strength flexibility and coordination. This class is for men and women.
Classes are held every Tuesday 9-10am, excluding school holidays.
GENTLE EXERCISES …. Tuesday 10am – 11am
This class is for the very frail, those experiencing physical disability or are recovering from illness. This is a chair class with simple movement to music.
Classes are held every Tuesday 10am -11am, followed with a light lunch, excluding school holidays.
Transport through Kooloora can be arranged.
TAI CHI … Thursday 10am – 12 noon
Tai Chi is a type of gentle exercise involving smooth, flowing movements. Even though this class is not specifically for seniors it does help improve strength, balance and flexibility.

SENIORS AFTERNOON Mon 9th April, 12.30pm – 2.30pm
FREE Creative Afternoon with Light Refreshments
Come along and join us to celebrate Seniors Festival this year with a fun creative art afternoon. Facilitated by Lynda our new Community Worker, you will have an opportunity to socialise and create.
