Good news! We can still help you with your energy bill during the school holidays. Simply send an email to koolooraenergy@utlook.com with a clear copy of your energy/gas bill, photo id and your mobile number and someone will contact you to do the assessment over the phone.
Please note that the centre will be closed to the public to give way to Vacation Care. Energy Payment Assistance will ONLY be done over the phone.
