Energy Accounts Payments Assistance (EAPA) will resume tomorrow, 11 January 2021. As we still have Vacation Care going at the centre, no need to come to the office to get assistance. Just simply send us a clear copy of all the pages of your bill, photo id and your mobile number and send to koolooraenergy@outlook.com. Assessments will be done over the phone.
